This database holds the information about the Spanish Melogen project, but it is no longer updated. All the ESTs hosted here are now hosted in the more up to date icugi site. We recommend you to use that database.
This EST database is kept just to ease the use of the expression microarray developed by the Melogen project. You can find here the unigenes that were used to create that microarray and their annotations.
